Our impact tunnels are designed to meet a variety of cooling and freezing requirements - from pre-cooling   for further processing after complete freezing. Our impact tunnels feature a hygienic duct system that delivers high-velocity air to quickly cool and freeze products. By implementing an air gap design, product with different geometries can be efficiently cooled and frozen with minimal changes to the freezer. With multiple belt layouts, belt widths and belt options, our impact tunnels are carefully designed to meet processing needs to optimize energy and product performance.
